Diploma Engineer (HTL) · Owner, EHRCON Services e.U.
I work with renewable-energy investors, developers, EPCs and equipment suppliers to turn power projects into bankable, executable deals. I am a mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience in hydropower and renewable-energy projects across Africa, Asia and Europe, covering the full lifecycle from early commercial and technical feasibility and tendering through to equipment supply, commissioning and operational support.
My background includes hands-on work with turbines, generators, control systems and auxiliary equipment, as well as defining technical specifications, supporting grid integration and working on site with contractors and operators to bring projects into operation.
In parallel, I have been closely involved in the commercial and development side of projects — supporting IPPs, EPCs and financiers with capex and schedule reviews, risk identification, and the preparation of investor- and bank-ready material such as teasers, technical annexes, financial inputs and tender documentation.
I’ve been exposed to enough international energy projects to see how quickly assumptions on grid, capex or timelines can diverge from reality. My focus is to help close that gap early — before projects lose time, credibility and money.
Today I support renewable-energy teams who are developing or reviewing projects in Africa, Asia and worldwide and need fast, pragmatic input to move from concept to investment-ready.
